Champagne Jigglers

  • 1.5 L. Cups Champagne or sparkling wine

  • 2 packets Unflavored gelatin

  • 1/2 L. Cup Warm water

  • 2 Teaspoon White sugar

  • Diced Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine champagne and warm water.

  2. Stir in both packets of gelatin until fully dissloved. Stir in sugar until dissolved as well.

  3. Pour mixture into a glass casserole dish. Evenly distribute the diced fruit throughout the mixture.

  4. Refrigerate the jigglers until the mixture becomes firm. (Approximately 3 hours) Slice and serve. Enjoy!!
