Five-Ingredient Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 L. Cup Heavy Cream

  • 2 Cups Shredded Parmesan

  • 1/4 L. Cup Whole Milk

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  1. In a medium saucepan, warm the heavy cream over low-medium heat. Be careful not to scorch!

  2. Once the heavy cream is warmed through, continuously whisk in small handfuls of the Parmesan cheese until the cheese is fully melted. The sauce will thicken as more Parmasean is incorporated. Be sure to stir continuously so that the sauce does not burn.

  3. Once the Parmesan is incorporated, stir in the milk, salt and black pepper. Continue whisking the sauce until it is smooth and starts to thicken.

  4. Immediately toss with your favorite pasta or meatballs and serve. Enjoy!!
