Fool-Proof Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 4 L. Cup Brussels Sprouts

  • 1/2 L. Cup Olive Oil

  • 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts in cold water. Cut off the the stems at the base. Cut each sprout into halves.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make sure that every sprout is coated with oil and seasoning.

  3. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat the foil with nonstick baking spray. Transfer the sprouts onto the baking sheet, making a single flat layer of Brussels sprouts. For extra crispiness, make sure that the sprouts are flat-side down when possible.

  4. Bake the Brussels sprouts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Enjoy!!
